The space 2 Lifts in a building. 3 bedrooms apartment size 97.9m2 of total area with 1 twin bed, 2 combined double beds with one attached bathroom and a shares bathroom. Nice warm shawls also available for use during cold nights. All bedrooms come with shower towels, wardrobes and all bathrooms come with hand wash, shampoo, shower gel and toilet papers. Full kitchen appliances like quality cutlery, plates, cups, six wine glasses, bowls, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, ceramic water filter, bread toaster, induction cooker and electric kettle are available to use. Salt pepper and oil set are available. A set of complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. A place with fresh clean air, with antiseptic detergents and eucalyptus spray prior your arrival. Washer, dryer and electric iron on sites for either short or long term guests. A round table that can accommodates 6 people. A unit dehumidifier available to make your stay better from moist air. A set of complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Featuring a private balcony with a view overlooking the orchid farms and lush greenery, is fan-cooled in all bedrooms and living room, fitted with a flat-screen TV with 4K Netflix, wifi connection and Google Chromecast with a comfy seating couch. For safety and sanitisation reasons we also provide antibacterial hand sanitizer, first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the house unit. Multi-level private parking spaces are provided, car or motorcycles. Other things to note The health and safety of our customers and team members remain our top priority. We understand you may have concerns about COVID-19 and safety. We have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfection measures, including service team in all of our rooms. This means more frequent cleaning of heavily-trafficked areas and hard surfaces. Above 6 persons stay is possible, chargeable upon request. 8 persons maximum stay. It is RM40 per persons for a night stay after 6 persons. Fund transfer via bank or Airbnb payment is acceptable. Extra mattress with blanket and pillows, phones cable, natural mosquito repellents are provided, upon request. Prayer Mat is provided to all Muslim friends.
