Welcome to KORTIRI Studio 2

This studio has two single beds that can stay apart or be united. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower/wc and a balcony with lovely view to sea and Mt. Athos. A perfect room for two friends or a couple. The space Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the quiet beach, where we have our own umbrellas for shade. Especially during the off season period a stay at our house is most enchanting. It is the perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. The next village is at 4 km offering nice tavernas with good food and a small super market. For bigger shopping and a pittoresque big rural market we suggest to visit Nikiti. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car as public transportation is scarce. But we can also pick you up from bus stations in Nikiti or Ag. Nikolaos. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc.... we are open for many ideas. Since 2004 our guests confirm the pleasant atmosphere and the good "ci" of our place. We are happy to welcome interesting and nice guests from all over the world. Guest access In the garden we offer hammocks to hang around, a patio with chairs and sunbed and a dining area with BBQ. There is also a lovely outdoor shower under an olive tree. During your stay We live here all year and are always happy to offer information about the area and what is going on. Where and what to eat, where to swim and hike, where to shop and dance. And we can provide any help that is needed.
