Your own little vacation village, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the beautiful Verzasca. The village consists of 2 typical, 300-year-old rustic houses with authentic granite roofs. Ideal for a vacation with a small group of friends or family, a total of 12 sleeping places are available. The Rustici are quiet, yet the Verzasca is only a few steps away and invites you to take a cooling swim. Bus stop & 2 parking spaces are minutes away. The space The two stone houses are minutes away from the medieval village of Lavertezzo. Ideally, the two rustic houses are rented together, as the various outdoor areas with a shady garden, two terraces, trampoline, BBQ grill, various niches and corners are connected to each other for relaxing and recharging. Both houses are each about 150 m² and have a total of 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, 2 modern kitchens, 2 wood-burning fireplaces and 2 electric underfloor heaters. Directly behind the village is a dense chestnut forest, while on the opposite side of the valley a high waterfall plunges into the Verzasca River. At night, you can only hear the river and the sound of crickets. Both kitchens are modern and fully equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine, oven, ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, two large refrigerators and a freezer. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have toilets and shower cubicles. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a modern washing machine and dryer. The third bedroom with 4 beds is located under the roof. Due to the limited room height, it is particularly suitable for children; access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom or through the garden. The terrace between the two houses has a grill, sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs. The second wooden terrace behind the Rustico Ghirone has more sun loungers, awnings, outdoor shower and trampoline. Behind the Rustico Ghiri is a shady garden. Guest access Everything; i.e. two modern fitted kitchens, two bathrooms with toilet and shower, shady garden and two spacious terraces with trampoline, garden, living and sleeping area, etc. Other things to note Life in a 300-year-old rustic house is a rustic experience for the whole family! The houses are very close to nature, so encounters with nature are quite possible. Especially the shy dormouse (dormouse) often makes itself noticeable at night between the roof beam and the granite slabs. Ants and other insects are also sometimes unwanted guests, especially if food is left lying around uncovered. Worm lizards and other snakes are rare, but have also been spotted.
