This cottage consists of a ground floor with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, etc.), a living/dining room with sofa bed and TV. 1 bathroom, toilet A mezzanine with 2 twin beds. Outside: a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, BBQ. At your disposal on the property games: ping pong, volleyball or badminton net, swings, sandbox. Shared heated pool from mid-June to September The space No charging for electric or hybrid cars We take care to provide you with tidy and clean accommodation, we thank you for returning it to us in the same condition. The barbecue must be emptied and the grill cleaned, garbage discarded. We will then disinfect the cottage for the next guests. If you break something, you will need to let us know and compensate us. If you do not want to do the cleaning before leaving, it is possible to pay a cleaning fee of €50 on site upon arrival. Guest access The entire property is available for guest use, whether it's the playgrounds, garden, swimming pool... Other things to note Come and discover the authentic Périgord in a friendly environment! We are two sisters, born in Peyrignac and we invite you to come and discover our region for a few days or a few weeks! The cottage is located on a one-hectare property, a carefully renovated old farmhouse with a shared swimming pool heated from mid-June to September, games (swings, sandpit...) or sports activities (table tennis, badminton...), ideal for children.
