Quiet Suite Steps Away from Downtown

Spacious and cozy one bedroom suite with living space and private entry. The suite has its own quiet air conditioner/heater that is separate from the main home. It's an easy walk into downtown where you'll find great restaurants, breweries and boutique shopping only moments away. It's a short walk to coffee shops and grocery stores. Take a stroll through the Historic Montford neighborhood. Enjoy the comforts of home in a quiet neighborhood after a fun day on the town. The space Attached to our home is this 600 square foot apartment suite (with high 10' ceilings throughout) that offers a queen size bed in a private bedroom. The suite includes your personal living area with separate bedroom. Sheets, blankets, and pillows provided. Towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and soap provided. Kitchenette area includes: Cuisinart single serve coffee maker with programmable timer and hot water for tea. Coffee, tea, snacks, and water available. Microwave with dishes, eating utensils, and glassware. Small refrigerator. Flat screen apple tv so you can log in to your entertainment sources of choice (i.e. Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc). Reliable wifi included. Apartment has its own air conditioner and heater unit, along with a separate patio to enjoy views of the gardens and yard. Guest access Private entry with dedicated parking. Outdoor seating and backyard use. Other things to note Street parking and dedicated guest parking on property available. Creating a clean safe space has been priority since the first day we listed the apartment with Airbnb. The cleaning products I have already been using, and will continue to use, are included on the EPA's list of disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). I follow the CDC and AirBnB recommended cleaning procedures. I have always done my best to ensure the apartment is properly cleaned before each guest arrives for their visit.
