Cozy studio apartment with bathroom, living room and kitchenette, with access to garden and pool. We offer two free bicycles with a child seat. The equipped beach, with lifeguard and bar/restaurant, is right in front (umbrella and 2 sunbeds: €10/day in May, June and September, €15/day in July and August). Private parking in the garden (€10/day in April, May, June and September, €15/day in July and August). Accommodation tax: €2/night/person The space The accommodation consists of a large studio apartment with a small living room, a full kitchenette, and a double bed, 1 bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In front of the accommodation there is a terrace for exclusive use with a small table for eating. Guest access Guests will have their own private apartment, and will share the park and pool with other guests and my family. The park and swimming pool are freely usable, you can quietly have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the garden, in the shade of an umbrella... or a tree Other things to note The best way to visit Pesaro is by bicycle, offered free of charge to guests.
