Transforming an old village cinema, previously a theater, into a complete renovation of the building, on the 1st floor we have created 3 Artist Residences (Yellow, Red and Blue, like the primary colors that make up the different shades of the universe.) with private terraces of 20 square meters accessible to all through a stairlift and the possibility of a garage. The space Entire apartment of 70 square meters plus 50 square meters in the loft (4 beds + 4) is for rent as follows: On the floor, living area with equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and the private terrace of 20 square meters fully furnished. In the mezzanine, accessible via a spiral staircase, we find the living room with TV and sofa and the 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Guest access The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Orbetello GR, a stone's throw from the western and eastern lagoon, with restaurants, bars and shops all around. The sea can be reached both by bicycle via a cycle path and by car. Orbetello, overlooking the lagoon of the same name, is one of the most  renowned tourist resorts in the Maremma. An area rich in seaside resorts, where the sea is in fact the great protagonist with many of the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany. But also rich in history, because it was the protagonist of settlements by the Etruscans and later by the Romans, the latter founded the city of COSA in 273 BC.  C. which can be visited together with the National Archaeological Museum near Ansedonia, you can admire the settlement on top of the hill with the cyclopean walls, a forum and the temple. Other things to visit and admire: - Mulino Spagnolo very close to the house, on the Ponente lagoon. - Archaeological Museum of Orbetello - The Forte delle Saline, located at the mouth of the Albegna River. - The WWF Oasis nature reserve of the Feniglia dune - The Tarot Garden in Capalbio. -A hike through the Maremma park "Parco dell'Uccellina" -The Saturnia Spa -Starting from Porto S.
