Or a perfect base from which to explore further afield in the beautiful South Hams. Guest access Guests can access the whole property. Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided, (please bring your own beach towels) Travel cot and highchair available Telephone: For incoming and outgoing national landline & emergency calls. Pets: Up to two well behaved dogs welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge £35 per dog per week. There are 2 doors to gain access to the property, first from the carpark area which has a flight of wooden external steps and second from the road access which is formally the front door. The key in the keysafe opens both doors Heating & Hot Water: The central heating system is on a HIVE system and is remotely controlled by the management company and is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of September. The heating and hot water at Alpine Cottage is programmed to come on three times a day, 6.30am to 10.30am, 12.30pm to 2.30pm and 4.30pm to 10.30pm. Outside of these times hot water is available on demand but can take a little longer to come through hot. The upstairs bathroom shower is electric so hot water is instant.
