Studio PMQ can accommodate 2 adults & 1 child on a rollaway bed but ideally suits a couple. Please note we don’t have the facility to accommodate 2 children & **strictly no pets** ( MAX occupancy is 2 Adults with 1 Child) The ground floor studio is aprox 47sqm, and provides drive up parking with a peaceful front entry deck overlooking the front tropical garden. The owners are on- site , living upstairs & available should assistance be required. Otherwise your space is totally separate & we will leave you to your privacy! We are located just off Pacific Drive in a quiet street. You’ll enter from the deck through brand new commercial grade stackable sliding doors into a spacious well appointed lounge with kitchenette. A comfy 2 seater sofa with separate lounge chair , 2 seater dining table & 43inch flat screen TV awaits. The well equipped kitchenette comes with Nespresso Coffee Machine , electric jug, microwave , toaster, 2 burner electric ceramic hot plate & 120 litre fridge with freezer. A small “Welcome Pack” with Tea/ coffee pods , milk & sugar is there for your helping. The separate bedroom comprises a DOUBLE BED , wardrobe & luggage stand. All new bedding, towels & furnishings are supplied along with SUKIN shower wash & shampoo for the en-suite. The en-suite entry is via sliding door in the bedroom. The studio has whisper quiet ceiling fans in both lounge & bedroom. We love our studio & are proud to offer you a wonderful fresh new coastal look for your Port Macquarie stay.
