Set at the base of Mt Nellinda and less than ten minutes from the M1 in either direction, The house rests on the top of a hill, overlooking 19 hectares of pure tranquillity. Enjoy waking up to the sound of birds and wildlife, whilst sipping on your fresh Lavazza Pod coffee or a cup of tea and ending your day looking at the startling clarity of the stars without the lights of the city. The space You have access to the whole bottom level of the house. This includes a gorgeous four poster bed in the main room and two King Singles in the 2nd bedroom. There is plenty of space for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Go for a hike on the property, enjoy the fast Wi-Fi, watch a movie on the TV (Netflix available to guests), play a board game or curl up on the comfy couch, with one of the books we provide for guests, or sit outside on your private patio enjoying the sound of the nights. The choice is yours! Kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a Lavazza Coffee Pod machine for those coffee lovers, bread, milk, fresh eggs from the farm and cereals. Enjoy a dinner outdoors, with the outdoor Kitchen and BBQ area, table and outdoor fireplace facility also available to guests. Bathroom includes a shower, and you have access to a full laundry too. Your furry friends are warmly welcomed outside and inside the house. They will love roaming the extensive property with you, running and exploring the many smells or they can take a plunge in our Doggy plunge pool. Of course, they will need to be friendly to our geese and wildlife as we want them to be safe too. A small fee applies for those who travel with their pets so don't forget to include them in your booking please. My friendly German Shepard Molly loves little and big dogs to play with or to keep you company when you venture outside. Please note that Molly on occasion may bark at Wallabies from the upstairs veranda. Travelling with your horses, no problem we have comfortable stables available near the house too. Cooranbong is located in the lower hunter, with vineyards, fishing, horse riding, historic buildings, water activities, beaches easily accessible by car. Guest access This is a two story home with the whole lower level set up as a private guest retreat. Guests have their own private entry at the rear of the house. Other things to note Guests will have access to the property via a gate remote, during their stay. A guest folio is available with local eateries and attractions.
