Villa Mia Ostuni

Cozy villa surrounded by the beautiful Ostuni countryside. Villa Mia offers the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday in the midst of nature, only 4 km from the center of Ostuni. It has an excellent location for visiting the many nearby tourist destinations such as Alberobello, Selva di Fasano, Castellana Grotte and the magnificent Torre Guaceto nature reserve with its beautiful sandy beaches. The space The house and the pool are located on a big property, surrounded by century-old olive trees, completely private, fenced and exclusively available to our guests. Our villa has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room. A travel cot for small children is also available. Bed linen, blankets and towels are included in the rental price. W-Lan is also included and also works very well outdoors. There are air conditioning systems in the living and sleeping areas. Ceiling fans are also installed in the living room and in one of the bedrooms (# 1). All windows are equipped with shutters and fly screens. There are two smart TV in the house, 50" and 32", programs such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube can be used with your own access data. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are various pots, pans and dishes at your disposal. The large veranda is ideal for enjoying your meals outside. The property is laid out on 4 levels, these are connected with each other with a few steps. Several outdoor areas of the house have been arranged for a relaxing and comfortable vacation, including two barbecue areas with stone ovens. In addition, behind the house is our pool, which can only be used by our guests in the summer months (May to September /October if the weather permits). The pool area is equipped with various sun loungers, tables and chairs and is idyllically located in the middle of a large garden of olive and fruit trees. Few, very nice neighbors live in the neighborhood, but they do not restrict your privacy in any way. Guest access The property with the villa and the pool is completely and exclusively available to our guests. Other things to note To be paid in cash on site: - Tourist tax - € 2,-per person per day, for 5 days max.
