Ciclamino - Beautiful farm and outbuilding

Very calm, top of a hill, real country side, chestnut woods, beautiful views, recently renovated, 30 minutes from sea, part of an historical farm. Art cities close by. Unattended shaded fresh running swimming basin less than 100m from the house. The space Podere Ciclamini is a portion of a large stone farmhouse that was recently and thoroughly restored. External architecture has remained the same while the inside has been re modeled to offer comfort. Floor is made of terracotta; glass doors and windows offer lots of light. Two external spaces covered with grapevines allow for relaxing on deck chairs, having lunch outside, ... Barbecue is in an external building next to the house where the antique bread oven was located. The entire house, Podere Conte Florestano, 7 bedrooms - 14 people can be reunited by just unlocking two doors. We suggest you go to San Vincenzo (35 minutes) and the Natural “Parco di Rimigliano”, a protected area on the sea with kilometer long sandy beaches and where dunes are covered with juniper, myrtle and mastic trees. Just nearby you will find the small fishing habour of Baratti and its Etruscan archeological park of Populonia (40 minutes). Rocca Sillana, Loc. San Dalmazio Take the road to Sasso Pisano, then turn left to Leccia and continue to Larderello, Montecerbolli. Before Pomarance, San Dalmazio is on your right. Rocca Sillana is located on the eastern extremity of the municipality of Pomarance. The mighty Fortress of Sillano rises on a hill 530 meters High ans dominâtes a vast territory that includes the provinces of Siena, Pisa and Grosseto. The legends date the origin of the Small fortress in Roman times, during the civil war between the generals Mario and Silla but the historical testimonies confirm that the tower can be dated from 1067.
