Situated just seconds from Shoreditch high street station and next door to the Redchurch Street townhouse, famous for its independent fashion houses & boutiques, City, Brick Lane and Spitalfields next door. The space This unique double room with access to a large rear roof terrace garden is situated on the 1st floor of the building. It is a great space that is filled with natural light, a high ceiling, large Victorian windows, wood floors, a working station, a TV area, a desk, a hanging rail wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Toiletries, clean linen, and towels will be provided as well as household basics. Being in the heart of trendy Shoreditch there are some evenings when you may be able to hear the buzzing nightlife outside. All data will be permanently deleted at check-out. The studio is your own. Cleaned professionally with linens, it's prepared for each new visitor. Guests have access to the communal kitchen, lounge and rooftop terrace. Other things to note The studio is located on 1st floor. There is no lift in the building. All our facilities are non-smoking, but the building has a terrace with smoking area. In order to make the staying in the building pleasant for all guests, we operate under a no-party policy. The building has 24h security CCTV which is regularly monitored by our staff. This apartment is on the first floor and requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. It is right in the centre of Shoreditch you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. All guests need to complete the online check-in to have access to the property (access codes will be sent by Email / SMS), which requires an upload of a valid document and a damage deposit of £100 for safety purposes. All data will be permanently deleted at the check-out and the deposit released automatically if no damage. The releasing will reflect into your account after 3 business days.
