It has clean, clear water for swimming, boating, fishing, or plenty of ice for skating or snowmobiling in winter. Shawnee Peak is just 2 miles down the road and Sunday River is only 40 min away. The cottage is a family home with board games, a fireplace, and plenty of woods to explore. The space We ask guests bring their own towels and bed linens. If this is a problem, guests can contact us for alternatives. We have a canoe and rowboat available for use. Guest access Pleasant mountain hiking trails are a short walk from our house. The White Mountains are 30-40 min away. Bridgton town is 12-15 min away. Portland is about 1 hour away. Other things to note From July - August each year, reservations are for 7 days only from Sunday to Sunday.
