Sunny room with private entrance and deck. Pretty, walkable neighborhood near Yale, gourmet grocery stores, a park and restaurants. Share bath and kitchen with host. Breakfast offered. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated but host has to know in advance. Come and go as you please. Host doesn't accept bookings longer than one week or book more than three months in advance. *Be sure to read "Other things to note" below. *Host requires picture of vaccination card(s). The space Room has it's own exterior door and key. There is wifi, a comfortable reading chair and lamps, a table for laptop and a piano. It is attractively furnished. *There is a recent change in the bed. It is no longer a pull-out couch but a nice, comfortable double bed. Guest access Guests may access guest room, kitchen and bathroom. They are welcome to sit on the deck in nice weather. During your stay Host is in and out. She is happy to answer questions or provide suggestions as to restaurants, markets and places to visit. There are menus, maps and visitor materials in the room. Other things to note Note: This is a sun room. Even with shades, the room is not dark in the mornings. Police recommend that folks not leave items visible in cars. Host doesn't accept long term bookings (one week limit).
