The house consists of 2 separate apartments on the ground floor and on the first floor, in the immediate vicinity of the bell tower, picturesque and noisy. The common area includes a garden with a whirlpool and laundry. Panoramic view. WiFi available. The house dogs are 2 white boxers, Lego and Jackie. The space You enter the large room that includes a kitchenette, living space, dining area and sleeping area from a staircase that leads to the penultimate terrace, hallway to the very large bathroom and a closet area. Outside there is the possibility to dine but to sunbathe on the sunbeds and have a barbecue, of which only the charcoal is missing, you need to go down to the grassy courtyard. On the terrace, however, there is a hot tub that is shared with the two apartments. Guest access Going down to the courtyard you can cook a barbecue, but on the terrace you will find the hot tub in a strategically panoramic position so the aperitif should be enjoyed here.... The courtyard is a place of passage and common use with the other apartment and the property. Other things to note The dogs of the house are 2 white boxers, Lego and Jackie, now the real owners of the house. While Lego is good with all 2- and 4-legged animals, Jackie comes from a difficult adoption and only tolerates 2-legged animals, for 4-legged ones we are working on it. Therefore, it would be good to declare your pet when booking (also because it is a paid service...) so that I can transfer my dogs to another house that I own.
