The space ~*~The HOUSE~*~ ZOROHOME 2 is designed in modern Swedish style with all rooms have a giant window to welcome air and light. Located on the 30th floor of one of the highest building in the city, ZORO HOME2 provides you with a spectacular panoramic view. The apartment is super spacious. The 120 square meter space is divided into three bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 balcony, and extra large living-dining-kitchen area. With 4 queen-size beds, 8 adults can rest comfortably in-house. Airconditioners are equipped in all rooms, including the living-dining area. 1/ Living-dining-kitchen area Living room: Westerner-comfortable sofa and 55 inches internet TV, perfect for at-home entertainment. Dining area: We have beautiful tableware for you to prepare a full meal for your loved ones. Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker and all other cooking utensils. We prepare some basic spices in the kitchen for you. Cooking is warmly welcomed. 3/ Bathroom: There are two bathrooms, one is connected to the master bedroom. The other is connected to the living-dining area. One bathroom has a large bathtub with hot water. The other bathroom has a large shower cabinet to keep it separated from the toilet area. Towels, shampoo, body gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes are always ready for you in the bathrooms. We prepare high-quality products for you, just as we use at home. 4/ Bedrooms: All the bedrooms have window seats to get an amazing view. The first bedroom (master bedroom) has a queen-size bed. Window view to Ocean, city, and mountain The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Window view to Han river. The third bedroom has one queen size beds. The second bed can be arranged in this room if there are more than 6 guests or if the guests have special request for extra bed. Window view to the mountain. The mattresses and bed linens are natural-material and high-quality types. We always clean the lines before your arrival BY WASHING NOT JUST DEODORIZING THEM! We want to be sure you can have a comfortable sleep after a hard day exploring the city. Hairdryers, Iron, Ironing board, Hangers are equipped in each bedroom. 5/ Laundry area: Washing Machine with Liquid detergent is free for your use. 6/Balcony: View to the mountain. Smoking is available here. 7/ Swimming pool & private park: Located on the 4th floor of the building, the pool is the roof-top type, free for use, operating from May to September. Operating time 6-8 am and 3-7 pm. The pool can be closed some particular days in a month for cleaning. The park is also on the 4th floor. Also, there is a convenience store for buying food and drink. All windows have safety barriers. High chair, baby bathtub, toys are available on request. The kitchen is connected to the living area so that you can keep an eye on your children while preparing the meal. There is also a swimming pool for kids in the building. The local markets, supermarkets, and convenient stores, baby stores are nearby so that you can buy food and other things easily. Guest access ENTIRE DELUXE APARTMENT IS YOURS. The swimming pool is operated by the building management. We have no control over the schedule, and it may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. Thank you for your understanding! Please contact us in advance if swimming pool is a must during your stay. Thank you. Other things to note 1. Self-check-in & Check-in with staff: Check-in with staff is the normal process. Please inform us about 30 minutes before you arrive. We will come to welcome and take you to your room. Self-check-in is applied if you arrive later than 10:00 pm. You will be provided detailed instructions with pictures to get to the room by yourself. The door has a Digital lock. We will send your password to unlock the door. We are always online awaiting your arrival and will not rest until receiving a check-in-successfully confirmation from you. If you may have any problem during check-in, please contact us, we will come right away to support you. Late check-in is welcomed: There is no limit in check-in time. You can check in no matter how late it is. But we hope to be informed your check-in time in advance. Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you when you arrive and the luggage will be in the room when you return to check-in. 2. Parking is free on the street. 3. The swimming pool is opened from May Mid September. Operating time is 6-8 am and 3-7 pm. We provide a swimming card for you to use the pool with no fee! (swimming cap is needed to use the pool). The swimming pool is operated by the building management. We have no control over the schedule, and it may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. We kindly ask for your understanding in case this happens during your stay Thank you for your understanding! 4. We will arrange 3 beds of 6 guests and under. The 4th bed will only be arranged when there is more than 6 guests or when we receive special request. Therefore please inform us if your group is less than 7 guests and wants to use 4 beds.
