A cozy, sunny studio, with all modern amenities; ideal location for a relaxing retreat in Chania among locals, just steps from the sandy beach (1 min walk), and within 15min walk from the center & the amazing old town. After a long day at the beach, you can try one of the famous seaside restaurants, or you can choose to cook a light meal in your kitchenette and enjoy a glass of wine at the roof garden at the top of the building, with lovely sea views! Everything you need is within 2-15 min walk! The space The studio (circa 27m2) has one room, and it can accommodate up to 3 persons; it has twin beds plus a sofabed, en-suite bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchenette, coffee machine, TV, Air Condition, wi-fi, safety box, small balcony with city view (quiet area), etc. The style of the studio is traditional Cretan-Venetian, decorated with wooden furniture and bright fabrics; sunny and comfortable.
