Best quality 58" & 42" Smart Televisions in both the lounge and main bedroom, NBN direct "Fibre to the Premises" Internet, Wi-Fi, DVD Player. 3-seater lounge and 2 recliner chairs, 2-Seater Sofa with pull out Sofa Bed plus a relaxation reading chair and footrest. Kitchen with the lot - Dish Washer, Elect Oven & Hot Plate, Convection Microwave, Filter Coffee Machine, Toaster, Fry Pan, Rice Cooker plus-plus. Laundry with front load Washer and Dryer, Iron, Cleaning gear. All bedrooms have fans & infrared heaters. B/room 1 with Queen Bed and 42" Smart TV, a walk-through robe and on-suite shower and toilet. B/room 2 has a Queen bed and spacious robe. B/room 3 has 1 Single bed with roll-out trundle bed and a single bunk bed. The main bathroom has a Shower and separate bath. The toilet is a separate room. It's all been carefully set out and furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. 12 years with Airbnb has given us the grounding to ensure that only the best will do. If you need to do personal washing and any longer term washing during your stay. Washer, Dryer, Cloths Line, Iron etc. are all included without charge. Infants are welcome however you will need to provide your linen and all that is needed to care for your baby. A porta cot & highchair are on site. You also must acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your baby's safety as there are no special safety features in place. Please take note that there is a security 'Ring' doorbell system in place.
