Kamalaya Assagao in North Goa has a stunning uninterrupted field view. The villa has 3 large bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and the master en-suite includes a bathtub. An open concept living area including kitchen, leads out to an open air living. Upstairs there is a lovely open plan very versatile living space and more incredible field view. An infinity pool completes the outdoor space where you can relax whilst enjoying the full view towards Assagao. Caretakers Available on the property The space Kamalaya Assagao one of the first few villas in Assagao to begin it’s services via Airbnb back in 2018. The property sleeps up to 9 guests and has been designed for those who want to relax and enjoy the peaceful and quiet village of Assagao. Staying here, There’s a lot Convenience of being located not far from the famous Goan beaches. Kamalaya Assagaos plot is cocooned by lush green paddy fields and resonates with the sounds of nature. Thus the seamless connection between the surrounding landscape and interior spaces became a key design driver, The material palette is all natural and the house is designed to have a casual ease synonymous with Goan living. The interiors of the house boasts a minimal contemporary style mixed with eclectic pieces. Little in Detail: Kitchen - Can’t get better with the design, fully equipped and stocked with modern amenities along with utensils, crockery and adequate cutlery. (Cookers, Pans and all other kitchen essentials all well stocked). Bedrooms- All the 3 bedrooms have a breathtaking design with an attached stylish and spacious washroom. They do have a clear impression of of a bright and clean double bedroom in a unique and modern setting. Living space - Elegant and Classy yet free of any sorts of clutter. Overlooking the beautiful pool and the paddy fields enjoy your morning breakfast from the living space or simply enjoy a glass of wine alongside great company and help at your go to space at the Kamalaya. Private Pool- One of the bigger pools which you’ll find at a private villa. The pool is decently sized and is maintained on a daily basis. To be precise it measures 4 Mtrs by 10 Mtrs that’s 40 Sq Mtrs of area. We do have a special provision for its filter and pump in our outhouse which ensures it’s spotless at all times. Power Backup- We as hosts make sure our generator at all times is functional and well serviced to give our guests complete support and care from any sorts of power outage. We do house a 25 KVA generator in our premises. Food on Demand- Preetam and Lalita always do go a mile extra when it comes to food at Kamalaya. We don’t charge our guests from our end but we always encourage our guests to talk to our staff and see what best they can cook for you and sort the charges with them in person post the check in process. Over the years we’ve gotten to know Preetam the male staff has been an excellent cook and will be more than happy to help our guests with breakfast (Items like Poha Bhurji and more) at a rate which can be discussed with the couple (staff members) post the booking. I can definitely help share reliable contact numbers. Early or post check in Guests can feel free to contact Preetam for any sorts of taxi or self drive/bike options. Please note we don’t have any cut nor do we take any commission on any of the above deals. This is purely for our guests convenience during their trip to Kamalaya | Goa. Other things to note Strictly No visitors will be allowed at the Villa during the stay!! (Total number of guests can be mentioned at the time of booking) Guests have access to the full house and the private pool.
