New vacation home in Edvan (near Palghar), 2 hour drive from Mumbai. Rural village setting, on a large property with fruit trees, well, etc. Close to beach. The space New stone bungalow, with modern open plan. Covered veranda, opens to a breezeway and courtyard beyond. Ground floor has large Living room, Dining, fully equipped Kitchen, two bedrooms & full bathroom. Staircase leads to large loft area with a second bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms can sleep 2 guests each & the upstairs open bedroom can accommodate an additional 4 guests. The house is ideal for two families or a group of 8. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the entire house & property. Other things to note There are occasional electrical power outages (common in the area due to "load shedding"). Food arrangements can be made with local home-based catering service (advance notice recommended).
