Recently remodeled modern 1 bed 1 bath in-law unit with a kitchenette, living space, & private entrance in Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle. A rental dedicated space minutes from Capitol Hill, downtown, Pike Place, or UW. Always a space. - Coffee & basic cooking essentials provided. - Air Conditioned. The space It's a modern basement in-law apartment in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle. Enjoy a luxurious bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer, and heated floors. We are a busy family of four and live above the apartment. The home was insulated for sound reduction but it is an older home and is not perfect. We have two dogs that live on the property but are not allowed in the apartment. A washer and dryer are provided in the apartment for longer stays or for getting your things clean before leaving. Guest access This is a dedicated rental unit so you won't be sharing any spaces or working around homeowner belongings. Parking on the street is always available within sight of the apartment if you have a car. Other things to note Check-in time is 4pm. Checkout is 10am. We can not honor special requests but will send a message proactively day of ONLY if the apartment is available for early/late stays.
