The Hermitage, Small and Perfect.

This is a unique modernised little building. It is a 10 min walk from the harbour & 15 from the 3 mile sandy beach. Self contained and cosy with everything needed for 2 people. It is modern and clean and has a living room with a small dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a walk in shower. There are STEEP stairs to a mezzanine area which has a comfy double bed. Free parking The space The kitchen is newly refurbished and is fully equipped with a hob, microwave and cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. NO OVEN. There is parking outside, but no charging facility for electric vehicles. The mezzanine bedroom includes bedding. It is a double bed, but not suitable for very tall people or for people who cannot manage steep stairs. The Hermitage is for 2 people only. There is wi-fi at the Hermitage Guest access You will have the hermitage entirely to yourselves and are welcome to use the area outside in the garden to sit and enjoy the views. Other things to note Check in 5pm and check out 10am. This allows me enough time for it to cleaned properly. To get to the Hermitage go up Foundry Hill, turn right into the entrance to the Hospice, follow the entrance runs and turn right at the small zebra crossing, then turn right down the narrow private lane that leads to Gardeners Cottage, which is on the left. This is where I live and the Hermitage is in the garden. The lane is suitable for standard size cars only. But there is a car park at the bottom of the hill that can cope with oversized vehicles.
