Our Property Manager lives upstairs, if the guest needs any special attention. You can check our reviews to see that the house is extremely clean. However, on top of our regular deep cleaning, we will sanitize: * Door knobs. * Cabinets. * TV remotes. * Appliances. * Lights and fan switches. * Thermostat. * Arcade. * Furniture. Remember this listing is located in a tropical environment. If you are not a fan of nature or bugs, this is not a good location. Lizards, mosquitoes, Palmetto bugs and ants are a part of North Carolina's nature and quite common in the area. We have professional Pest Control inspecting and treating all our properties, however, mother nature can be more powerful. Please keep doors and windows closed and all food concealed and closed.
