Situated in the stunning 5-star Pounamu Apartments complex, our studio is just a ten-minute walk from town. The space This is an upstairs unit at the back of the complex. Access to the studio involves sets of stairs from the car park (no lifts available). The studio room combines a bedroom and kitchenette, with a separate en-suite bathroom. The kitchenette includes limited cooking facilities: a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The en-suite bathroom features a shower (NO BATHTUB). The laundry is shared with another unit and is located in the outside hallway connecting both units, ensuring you still have full privacy. While the studio does not include a spa, guests can use the complex's spa facilities for free by booking a time at reception. Note: THIS STUDIO DOES NOT HAVE A LAKE VIEW.
