Welcome to the Benedikt guest house! Apartment no. 3 can accommodate 4-5 people. It has an open living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 separate bedrooms and a cozy private balcony. The apartment is located in the Fischbach district. Lake Constance is within walking distance of 900 m. A supermarket, various bakeries and the train station are 500 meters away in the village. The living-dining area is very spacious and friendly. A spacious dining area with a large dining table can accommodate 4-6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, which can be used as another bed. The first bedroom has a large cozy double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2 m and a wardrobe. From this bedroom you can reach the adjacent sunny balcony directly with a view of a fruit plantation and in good weather with a view to the Alps. The second bedroom also consists of a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2 m and a wardrobe. The south-facing balcony overlooking the Alps and Lake Constance is a highlight of this apartment. It is equipped with a large table and garden chairs. Here you can enjoy the midday sun. A parasol and a private grill are available for you. Linens, towels, parking and WiFi are available free of charge. The apartment was newly renovated in March 2021.
