Welcome to the Guesthouse Benedikt! Apartment No. 3 can accommodate 4-5 people. It has an open plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 separate bedrooms and a cosy private balcony. The apartment is located in the district Fischbach. Lake Constance can be reached quickly with a 900m walk. A supermarket, various bakeries and the train station can be reached in 500 metres in the village. We look forward to your stay at Gästehaus Benedikt. The space The apartment is about 70m2 and is located on the first floor of the Gästehaus Benedikt. The living-dining area is very spacious and friendly. A spacious dining area with large dining table can accommodate 4-6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a toaster and a Senseo coffee machine. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, which can be used as another sleeping accommodation. The first bedroom has a large cozy double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2m as well as a wardrobe. From this bedroom you get directly to the adjoining sunny balcony with a view of an orchard and in good weather with distant views to the Alps. The second bedroom also consists of a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2m and a wardrobe. The south-facing balcony overlooking the Alps and Lake Constance is a highlight of this apartment. It is equipped with a large table and garden chairs. Here you can enjoy the midday sun. There is a parasol and a private barbecue. Bed linen, towels, parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The apartment was newly renovated in March 2021.
