Under a high ceiling enhanced by pretty lighting, the living space includes a large, fully equipped American-style kitchen and a bar with high stools on one side and an interior lounge with flat-screen TV and DVD player on the other. To share your meals, a large wooden table to welcome all guests on the shaded terrace. The 4 air-conditioned rooms are located in the central building and all have access to the large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. They are equipped with double canopy beds with mosquito nets, one of the 4 double beds can be separated into 2 single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends; Each room has a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and a Balinese wooden desk. Each room has a large exotic open-air bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. After the beach you can relax in the shade of the parasol on one of the deckchairs by your large swimming pool or on the terrace in one of the lounge areas provided for this purpose. You will stay in peace and quiet in the enclosed garden with a private secure entrance. You have a secure key box and free parking as well as a wifi connection throughout the villa. Guest access For the security of your belongings, valuables must be secured when leaving the villa. A safety box is provided for cash, passports, and important items. Please ensure all bedroom doors and the main entrance are locked when away. Our team will assist upon arrival with the safety box and locking systems. Following these standard precautions helps ensure a safe and worry-free stay. Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We've designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don't worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night's charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.
