We have designed this space to make you feel at home, and we will do everything we can to make your stay unforgettable, filled with relaxing moments and interesting visits. A house with a unique design Built in 2003, this house was conceived around a slightly crazy idea: a staircase and a door inspired the entire design! During your stay, I will be happy to tell you the fascinating story of this original construction. An ideal setting for families With its 5 bedrooms (including 4 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 90 x 190 cm bunk beds), this house offers all the space necessary to comfortably accommodate your family or friends. There is also a double shower room, a bathroom with bath and shower, and 3 toilets for added convenience. The spacious living room with fireplace and TV, as well as the fully equipped kitchen (with fireplace), will allow you to enjoy friendly and pleasant moments together. Outdoor area and relaxation Outside, you can relax in a landscaped garden and enjoy the unheated pool (available from June 21 to September 21), ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. For your alfresco dining, a summer kitchen, barbecue, as well as garden furniture and a large terrace are at your disposal. Proximity to amenities The house is located close to shops and other amenities, and you can easily explore the region's treasures: from La Rochelle to the Île de Ré, including the many bike paths and beaches. Practical details If you are arriving with an electric vehicle, please let us know in advance so we can direct you to the various charging stations. PS: The house is comfortable for up to 11 people. There is a possibility of adding another independent accommodation for 4 people that is connected to Le Clos Marc André, which brings the capacity to 15 people, on request by message.
