The space We have arranged this apartment for your vacation and you will have beautiful friendly spaces: - a fully equipped kitchen open to a 35 m² dining/living room - 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and quality bedding. One of them has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided free of charge and beds made on arrival. - a second bathroom independent of the bedrooms with a shower. - towels are provided on request: €5 per person. As for the outdoors, the kitchen and dining room open directly onto a large balcony, with its relaxation area. From the balcony, the 60 m² garden, equipped with its garden furniture and BBQ, awaits you to have your meals or enjoy the afternoon and evening sun that its west-facing exposure gives it. For your car, private parking at the property and possibility of a paid garage, on request. Ski room available. Guest access Located at the southern end of Lake Annecy, the location is ideal for reaching the left or right bank of the lake and its many leisure activities. Nearby, everything is possible: - 10 minutes away by car, the nearest beach of the fabulous Lake Annecy renowned for these water activities: swimming, pedal boat rental, boat rental without a license, sailing, canoeing, water skiing, stand-up paddle. - directly from the property, for cycling or rollerblading enthusiasts, you can reach the secure bike path on 36 km of greenway from Annecy to Ugine.
