Private stop-by area if you are heading to Anawangin and other Islands or cove located near Pundaquit. The property has 3 units, (1 unit has a permanent tenant), other 2 units can be hosted separately or as a whole. Pundaquit beach is 2 mins. walk from our place. There are nearby convenient store, sari-sari stores and "talipapa" that you can go to if you need anything. 5 kms. away from San Antonio Public Market The space The host expect you to treat the place the same as your own house. A fully functioning common kitchen with cooking appliances and kitchenwares PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. (Temporarily suspended) Dogs are considered as number or pax. and must be added to the booking. Max. 1 pet per room. Please observe the following Pet policy. *Your dog is allowed in the room if wearing a diaper, but not allowed to the bed *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times. We are not responsible for the loss or damage to valuable items of the Guests. -Turn off switches and unplug other electronic devices when not in use. -You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by you, your guests or any person for whom you are responsible. -We will change beddings if you're long-term stay. -Eating and drinking is discouraged inside the rooms to prevent cockroach, ants & other insects from inhabiting the rooms. -Only guests who are registered/declared with us prior to arrival will be allowed to the place. ACTIVITIES See the famous Capones Lighthouse (1898) in Capones island. Famous Cove and Islands are accessible by boat ride: Anawangin, Talisayen, Nagsasa, Agnaem, & Silanguin Cove. Capones & Camara Island. Our caretaker is a "bangkero", you can arrange tour with him at a very affordable price.
