Spacious 3 bed/2 bath apartment. This is a secondary unit on the lower level of our home with a private entrance. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, large bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and futon if needed for an addition guest. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed to accommodate families. The main bathroom has a washer, dryer and shower tub combo. We do have quite hours from 10pm-7am. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, large walk-in closest, en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon couch, The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a full kitchen stocked with all the necessities, dining and living room area and a second bathroom with a washer, dryer and tub shower combo. There is grill provided with an outdoor dining area. Basic toiletries, towels and linens are provided. There are three smart TV’s that have Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus access provided. Whitewood is conveniently located in the beautiful Northern Black Hills giving you easy access to many adventures the area has to offer. Nearby National Parks and Monuments include Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower, The Badlands, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave and Crazy Horse. This property is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood downtown Whitewood. Check out the Visitor’s guide for more details about our community. Spearfish is only 13 miles away and has many local attractions including: Spearfish Canyon, Spearfish Creek, the D.C. Booth Historic Fish Hatchery, hiking and biking trails and so much more. Spearfish has a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. There are frequently community events and annual festivities to enjoy in Spearfish. Sturgis is only 7 miles away famous for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Deadwood is only 13 miles away. Famous for its many historical sites from the Wild West Gold Rush days. Deadwood is also known for its gaming and offers a wide variety casinos, saloons and nightlife. Parking is available throughout your stay. Access to I-90 is less than a mile away. If I am able to accommodate a last minute request I will so please don't hesitate to ask! I have a dog Charlotte an Old English Bulldogge. I also have a cat named Jewelz, but they are not allowed in the guest areas and you will likely not have the opportunity to meet them as our yard space is separated from the guest unit outdoor space. Quiet time is 10pm-7am as I do have young children. This doesn’t mean that you can’t check in late or come and go at anytime, that doesn’t bother us at all. Just keep in mind that we have sleeping little ones. For this reason we do not tolerate unauthorized guests or parties. On the flip side to this my house is not quiet during the day as I do have two small children and a teenager. We do our best to keep the noise level down when guests are here but this apartment is downstairs so you will hear us. In case of an emergency with our water, electrical or hot water heater we will need to gain access to this apartment as the water shut off for the whole house, hot water heater and one of our electrical panels is located in this apartment.
