Spacious 3 bed/2 bath apartment. This is a secondary unit on the lower level of our home with a private entrance. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, large bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and futon if needed for an addition guest. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed to accommodate families. The main bathroom has a washer, dryer and shower tub combo. We do have quite hours from 10pm-7am. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, large walk-in closest, en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon couch, The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a full kitchen stocked with all the necessities, dining and living room area and a second bathroom with a washer, dryer and tub shower combo. There is grill provided with an outdoor dining area. Basic toiletries, towels and linens are provided. There are three smart TV’s that have Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus access provided. Longer term stays are available September-March for up to 6 months. I have a dog Charlotte an Old English Bulldogge. I also have a cat named Jewelz, but they are not allowed in the guest areas and you will likely not have the opportunity to meet them as our yard space is separated from the guest unit outdoor space. Quiet time is 10pm-7am as I do have young children. This doesn’t mean that you can’t check in late or come and go at anytime, that doesn’t bother us at all. Just keep in mind that we have sleeping little ones. For this reason we do not tolerate unauthorized guests or parties. On the flip side to this my house is not quiet during the day as I do have two small children and a teenager. We do our best to keep the noise level down when guests are here but this apartment is downstairs so you will hear us. In case of an emergency with our water, electrical or hot water heater we will need to gain access to this apartment as the water shut off for the whole house, hot water heater and one of our electrical panels is located in this apartment.
