Greengables B&B

Welcome to Greengables, located in a quiet street but only 15 minutes walk from the town centre (up hill on return). This spacious room is great for couples and solo or business travellers. There are partial lake and mountain views from the property. The space Comfortable and roomy - ideal to unwind and relax. There is a comfy queen bed to rest well with bed linen provided. The private modern ensuite is well set up with an extra large shower, towels, soap and shampoo. The cosy sitting area has a sofa, window seat, a table and two chairs. The room also has its own TV, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee capsule machine, with tea and coffee capsules provided, and free WiFi. We also provide a set of mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, plates and cutlery. Breakfast A continental breakfast including juice, cereal, bread, tea & coffee is served in your room between 7:30am and 9:00am. Please note this room does not have access to kitchen facilities. Guest access The guest room is located on the ground floor with easy access, no stairs required. A single car space is available for private off street parking. Skis and snowboard gear can be stored in the lockers in the carport. Guests have access to the ground floor space of the property only, i.e. the living room and kitchen on the upper floors are private host spaces which are not available to guests. During your stay I’d be delighted to help you with your stay in Queenstown. I will welcome you on arrival and be happy to answer any question you may have during your stay. Should I not be available when you arrive there is also the option of a locked box with the key to access the room on your arrival. Other things to note The guest room is suitable for guests up to 195cm (6’4”) tall. A laundry service is available at an additional charge (washer/dryer to be operated by host only).
