Composition: 1 BEDROOM upstairs (11 m2), accessible by a wooden staircase, with 2 memory foam mattresses + a SMALL mattress on the floor (70 X 190 cm) for 1 young CHILD (- 12 years) "on request". Ground floor: LIVING ROOM with 1 person sofa (90 X 190 cm) , armchair, TV, dining table. . Shower room (4.4 m2) with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet. . KITCHEN with microwave, fridge, small stove, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker. NO range hood: so BE MINDFUL of kitchen SMELLS. I only accept 2 CLEAN, respectful, discreet WORKERS. Guest access You will have the entire NON-SMOKING accommodation to yourself. Private terrace in front of the accommodation and private space to park (trailer car or truck). 30 meters from the accommodation Aire de Jeux for the little ones , pétanque court of the commune and Parcours Santé of 1.5 km around the village with 7 units.
