Quiet village in the countryside 12 minutes from Vichy with health trail/ pétanque court. Close: Ironman, CAPEPS, Le Pal, Lapalisse,Varennes. 2 WORKERS/WORKERS MAXIMUM . NO pets, NO smoking, NO parties, NO guests. The space Entire 2-room house 35 m2 Independent and quiet. Composition: 1 BEDROOM upstairs (11 m²), accessible by a wooden staircase, with 2 memory foam mattresses. Ground floor: LIVING ROOM with 1 person sofa (90 X 190 cm) , armchair, TV, dining table. . Shower ROOM (4.4 m2) with walk-in shower, sink, toilet. . KITCHEN with microwave, fridge, small stove, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker. Outdoor space + place to park car, truck, car + trailer... NO extractor hood: so be CAREFUL of cooking odours. I only accept 2 respectful CLEAN WORKERS. Guest access You'll have the entire NON-SMOKING home to yourself. Terrace in front of the accommodation and private place for you to park (car, trailer or truck). 30 meters from the accommodation Aire de Jeux for the little ones , pétanque court of the commune and Parcours Santé of 1.5 km around the village with 7 units. Free wifi in the village (30 meters). I can also lend a router if you request it before coming. Heavy vehicle parking 30 meters away . There are paths and hiking trails all around, and cycle tourism in the Allier: the Voie Verte from Saint Germain des Fossés (3.5 km away) to Saint Yorre, via Vichy. Other things to note Tidy up and leave it CLEAN before you leave: that's the normal thing to do! NO party, NO music, NO guests. Worker/Worker book in your name: An ID card may be required to access the listing. Free wifi in the village (Town Hall 30 meters). But I can lend a wifi router if you request it BEFORE the stay. Check in after 6pm, Check out by 10am. The heating is activated from the end of October to the end of March, set at 18° at night and 20° in the morning and evening. If you want to increase it you will pay a surcharge of €5 per day please.
