Composition: 1 BEDROOM upstairs (11m2), accessible by wooden staircase, with 2 memory shaped mattresses attached + a SMALL floor mattress (70 X 190 cm)for 1 young CHILD(- 12 years old)" on request". Ground floor: LIVING ROOM with 1 person sofa (90 X 190 cm) , armchair, TV, dining table. . Shower ROOM (4.4 m2) with walk-in shower, sink, toilet. . KITCHEN with microwave, fridge, small stove, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker. NO range hood: so BE MINDFUL of kitchen SMELLS. I only accept 2 CLEAN,respectful, discreet WORKERS. Guest access You'll have the entire NON-SMOKING home to yourself. There are paths and hiking trails around the neighborhood, cycle tourism in the Allier: greenway from Saint Germain des Fossés (3.5 km) to Saint Yorre, via Vichy. Other things to note Tidy up and leave it CLEAN before you check out - that's NORMAL! NO partying, NO music, NO guests. Worker/Worker book in your name: An ID card may be required to access the listing. Free wifi in the village (Town Hall 30 meters). But I can lend a wifi router if you request it BEFORE the stay.
