The house is just 20km from the airport, 37km from the Acropolis, 28km from the Temple of Poseidon, and only 350m from the beach! The space The property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, next to a beautiful little hill, offering absolute privacy, as there is no car or foot traffic passing by! The house consists of two fully independent apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) that do not connect internally. Each apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own closet. Both have their own bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, and sitting area. The first-floor apartment also includes a rooftop room with an additional double bed. Both units are equipped with autonomous heating, fireplace, A/C, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and full household amenities. In both living rooms, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra guests each, increasing the total capacity to 14 guests: (4+2 on the ground floor & 6+2 on the first floor). * Extra charge applies for additional guests – prior arrangement required. - A mini market is located just 200 meters away for all the essentials: cigarettes, coffee, groceries, bread, ice cream, snacks, and breakfast items. - We highly recommend renting a car in advance for your independence and convenience. Guest access The pool area features a spacious BBQ corner, fully equipped with a dining area, wood-fired oven, grill, gas burners for cooking, refrigerator, freezer, sink, full kitchenware, and a complete WC. Around the pool, you’ll find five wooden sunbeds with thick, comfortable cushions for ultimate relaxation. The large ground floor veranda offers another dining area, a ping pong table, and a sofa bed that converts into a super king-sized bed – perfect for relaxing or even sleeping outdoors under the stars! There’s also a charming dining spot under a big tree, which hosts a treehouse – a magical little hideout for both kids and adults! All facilities are completely private, with exclusive access only for staying guests – no outsiders allowed. Other things to note The listed price includes both houses and the entire outdoor area. The ground floor and first floor are not rented separately, regardless of the number of guests (1–10). This policy ensures our guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay. Before each check-in, all areas — the houses, BBQ, outdoor WC, and garden — are thoroughly prepared, including:    •   Disinfection via fogging,    •   Pest control, and    •   Meticulous deep cleaning using certified cleaning products. The pool water is also strictly monitored and maintained within accurate pH and chlorine levels.
