Modern lakeside retreat by SEU and FSC

This 1920’s 1 bedroom 1 bath lakefront historic cottage is separate from the main house with its own entrance, parking, screened front porch, fire pit dock & beach. The queen bed and large couch sleeps 3 adults. Only 1 mile from Southeastern University and 3 miles to Florida Southern College. Kayaks, stand up paddle board, 4 seater pedal boat, and fishing poles and tackle are provided for your enjoyment. Come unwind and enjoy the lake views from the hammock and private beach! Guest access You'll have full access to the cottage, front porch, fire pit and picnic table, beach, hammock, metal dock, lake, and yard area outside our fence. Other things to note Check out our guidebook for our favorite things to do and places to eat while in Lakeland! There is great fishing in the lake right off your private beach and dock. Simply add some bait or artificial lures (in the provided tackle box) to the fishing poles and you will have a blast pulling in blue gill, tilapia and other types of fish. Easy spot for children to catch fish as well! We always catch and release.
