The beds are of good quality to ensure your comfort. Free clean linens & towels are provided. An extra cot & a high chair for infant are included. 2) The entrance door is code-secured and is fixed with look-out keyhole, digital lock and hinges to ensure top safety and security. All guests do not hv duplicated keys and codes of any previous or future guests 3) The Sliding Gate to balcony is specially fitted with secured quality custom-made crime protected security screen. 4) Kitchen, utensils, washing machine, laundry dryer, dinning table, TV, couch, high baby chair, baby cot/mattress etc are available for use. 5) This well located unit is always sanitised, kept clean & tidy for all new guests on arrival. 6) Cleanliness, comfort, credibility, convenience & consideration (5Cs) are our mottos and are important to us for your enjoyable, happy, delightful and blessed stay. Guest access You can expect general cleanliness and tidiness of the entire apartment on arrival. You will exclusively enjoy full privacy & access without sharing (with any others) to the provided facilities, bedrooms, bathroom, the kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, sofa, television etc and the whole entire living space. Free parking, unlimited Wifi and clean linens will be provided. No garden to maintained. We will greatly appreciate our guests to respect and be considerate to each other, the host, the neighbourhood community and to maintain the general cleanliness & tidiness of the apartment. Other things to note Please enjoy and use all the facilities/amenities provided. However we request that you respect the premise by keeping it hygienic, clean and tidy. Pets are strictly not allowed. We sanitise & disinfect after every hosting. This include towels and linens which is to be used for the body. So please be considerate and do not use them for other purposes. We also hope that you turn off the aircon, heater, lightings and fans when they are not in use. Please use the overhead exhaust fan while cooking and ensure that the floor has no crumbs and is not sticky with cooking oil.
