The Key to your Tranquility near Dijon

In our residential house, you will have the upper floor. It is accessible through our main, shared entrance. Your room, spacious, clean with a double bed, your shower room and your toilet. ⚠️ The single bed will be added for any booking of 3 people or on prior request for 2 (with a small supplement). Bikers, cyclists, park your 2 wheels, safely in our garage in the basement. Optionally, (for €6/person), Hearty Breakfast. The space The floor (bedroom, toilet, shower room) will be exclusively for your use. The room is equipped with a 140/190 cm double bed with recent bedding. *IMPORTANT⚠️: if 2 people wish to have 2 separate beds, ASK US before booking (because of small extra charge). For a booking for 3 people, the room is automatically equipped with 2 beds. Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included. In the room: Microwave to heat your dishes, Kettle, Bowls, Cups, Plates and Cutlery but no cooking. Optional/reservation (€6/person), Hearty Breakfast. You will have access to our terrace for a relaxing moment, to eat, smoke or vape outdoors. Guest access A 🔑secure key box is provided for late arrival... You can park your car on the street against our low wall or 20 m from us on the small wooded square. Parking is also possible in our garage driveway. During your stay Discreet, we will respect your privacy but we can also, if you wish, talk together and give you all the useful information to discover Dijon and its surroundings (itineraries, restaurants, heritage, museums). In fine weather, you can have your breakfast outside on the terrace. Other things to note 5 minutes by car (or motorcycle!) you can access the following places: => NORGES Dijon Bourgogne 18-hole golf course => Zenith (concerts, theater), La Vapeur Concert Hall. => Valmy area (tram, suburban parking lots) => Dijon Bourgogne Ramsay Santé Private Hospital. => Toison d'Or Shopping Center (shops and restaurants).
