The Key to your Tranquility near Dijon

In our residential house, you will have access to the entire floor, which is accessible via our main, shared entrance. Your bedroom, spacious, clean with a double bed, your shower room and your toilet. ⚠️ The single bed will be added for any reservation of 3 people or upon prior request for 2 (with a small additional charge) . Motorcyclists and cyclists: park your two-wheeler safely in our basement garage. Optional: Hearty Breakfast (€6.50/person). The space The floor (bedroom, toilet, shower room) will be exclusively for your use. The bedroom is equipped at the base of a bed for 2 people 140/190 cm with recent bedding. *IMPORTANT⚠️: if 2 people want to have 2 separate beds, WE ASK before booking ( because small extra charge). For a reservation of 3 people , the room is automatically equipped with 2 beds. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, and shower gel are included. In the bedroom: Microwave to warm up your dishes , Tea kettle, bowls, cups , plates and cutlery but no cooking . Optional/by reservation (€6.50/person), a hearty hearty breakfast including a choice of tea/infusion/coffee/chocolate/hot chocolate, as well as fruit juice, baguette, butter, homemade jams, honey, homemade yogurt, and crêpes/pancakes or pastries. You will have access to our terrace for a relaxing time, to eat, smoke or vape outdoors . Guest access A 🔑secure key box is provided for late arrival... You can park your car on the street against our low wall or 20 m from us on the small wooded square. Parking is also possible in our garage driveway. During your stay Discreet, we will respect your privacy but we can also, if you wish, talk together and give you all the useful information to discover Dijon and its surroundings (itineraries, restaurants, heritage, museums). In fine weather, you can have your breakfast outside on the terrace. Other things to note 5 minutes by car (or motorcycle!) you can access the following places: => NORGES Dijon Bourgogne 18-hole golf course => Zenith (concerts, theater), La Vapeur Concert Hall. => Valmy area (tram, suburban parking lots) => Dijon Bourgogne Ramsay Santé Private Hospital. => Toison d'Or Shopping Center (shops and restaurants).
