The kitchen comes with everything you need for your stay. If you are requesting an extended stay and need anything special, let us know. We may be able to accommodate you. The kitchen was redone in 2020. The bathrooms were redone in 2019. New living room furniture was added in 2021. The location of the condo gives you unobstructed views of the bay. Sitting on the balcony pre sunrise drinking coffee has to be one of the most peaceful experience. Fish jump. Birds sing. It’s amazing. The beach is a quick 1/5 mile from the condo door. If you are feeling lazy, you can drive up to the front and park in a guest spot. The master bedroom has a new DreamCloud king bed.” (October 2022) The bedroom furniture was replaced November 2021. The second bedroom has a full bed and a high quality rollaway twin mattress (10/22). A perfect room for kids with the flexibility to have someone sleep elsewhere in the condo. Bridge Street and other restaurants are within walking distance. If you don't want to drive, a free trolley will take you almost anywhere on the island. Or take the work for tips Monkey Bus. My favorite part of the resort, besides the balcony, is the kayak launch. There is nothing quite as tranquil as being out in the bay listening to the sounds. There are several places that will deliver kayaks to you. You can also fish off the resort's pier. The resort has its own pool, sauna, workout room, tennis/pickle ball and shuffleboard. There is so much for you to do right on site. Bikes are available at the local Ace hardware for rent. We are committed to ensuring you have a great stay. Guest access Our unit has one dedicated parking spot - please display your parking pass at all times. There are also guest spots. You will have full access to the pool, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts and shuffleboard. The resort has its own private path to the beach, which is right across the street. Other things to note We do allow one dog UNDER 25 pounds. This is an association rule and is strictly enforced. You must register your dog. Any violation will result in a termination of your stay with no refund. There is a non refundable $200 pet fee. The management fee is really just local taxes. AirBNB only collects the Florida taxes. The tax rate for the area is 11%. The complex has many full time residents. This is not a condo hotel. Please respect the property and the residents as if this were your permanent home.
