The entire house is rented to short-term guests. There are no permanent tenants in it. The apartment is functionally and modernly furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, which is located in the living area. The bedroom with desk is located in an extra room that can be closed with a door. The space The Blue House is located in the heart of Stuttgart and still offers the desired tranquility for a good night's sleep. Other things to note Only the booked guests are allowed in the apartment, visitors must be registered. For all unregistered guests, I charge a penalty of €250. The washing machine is only to be used after prior arrangement with me because it is in the basement and this is not accessible to guests, only when I am on site or with a key.
