A 3 bedroom house on 100 acres. Enclosed backyard. Fully furnished & includes linen. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, Aldi coffee machine! A slow combustion fire and outside fire pit for! North facing verandah with gas BBQ. Pool available (and full over the summer months - usually Nov-March). Please check regarding the pool before booking. The space Lovely, uninterrupted rural outlook for a relaxing getaway. Great bushwalks available and you can watch the kangaroos while you have your coffee on the north facing verandah. There's lots to see in the area including Mt Panorama, Jenolan Caves and the historic villages of Sofala, Hill End, Millthorpe and Carcoar. There are also some fantastic restaurants, pubs and wineries in our lovely area. We supply some farm fresh eggs and there's also an Aldi coffee machine with a small supply of pods. If you are coffee lovers, you might like to bring some more with you. We also provide tea & coffee (including plunger coffee), olive oil, S & P. To add to the peace and serenity of our rural lifestyle, mobile reception is limited (unless you are with Optus and then it's great!) and there isn't any wifi, so you can really relax! The owner's house is approximately 50m away, should you need anything during your stay. $200/night is based on 2 people sharing the same bed. $25pp / night for extra people. Guest access Complete use of the house as it is setup as a 'Guesthouse'. Access to the pool and yard areas. Bushwalks on the property and surrounds. Double carport with internal access. Other things to note Limited mobile coverage (unless you are with Optus which is fantastic!) and limited wifi. A real relaxing country visit. There is approximately 500m of dirt road to get to our place. The minimum stay for the V8 Week in Bathurst (October) is 4 nights. Rate is $500/night for the whole house. Cancellation Policy for V8 Week: Full refund if re-let for the same period as your V8 Booking otherwise unfortunately there won't be a refund available. We have available for guest use, 2 adult mountain bikes (with helmets). Children love checking for eggs in the mornings and our dog will play with you all day if you desire!
