It has a direct connection to the city center by bus (15') or bikes (15'). There's a bar, grocery store, pizza place, flower shop and a hair dresser under the building. The apartment offers 28 square meters of comfort and joy. A perfect place for relaxing with all the amenities you wish for. I am sure you'll like my LP player and my collection of classical vinyl LPs. There's a comfortable double sized bed for a good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for food loving chef to prepare a delicious meal. In addition you'll get basic spices, instant soups, spaghetti, tea and coffee free to enjoy. The bathroom is clean, well lit and equipped with all the necessities you might need: washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing desk, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, washing liquid, first aid, fresh towels. Filled with additional information, travel suggestions, best places to eat and secret spots I love and think you should see and do in Ljubljana and Slovenia YOU CAN PARK UNDER THE BUILDING Ljubljana, as any other major city has problems with parking spaces, so finding a parking spot every time you get home, can be an issue, being costly and time consuming. So it's a great advantage having a parking space near the building. It's an open parking space behind the gate, accessed with e-card. There is no dedicated parking lot, so you can park wherever you like. Late night parking can be a bit packed. RIDE YOUR WAVE Ljubljana is great for biking and sightseeing. This way you'll spare your energy, see more sights and enjoy the experience of bike riding through old town. With bikes you can cover more of the city and green hills of the outskirts and be anywhere much faster. Two bikes are provided to you, well maintained with large wheels and shifting gears, so you can easily ride anywhere. From the city center to the top of the hill in minutes. Enjoy your view from the top and return home to relax. LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO EXPLORE SLOVENIA This is it! Parking space and comfortable apartment in the center of Slovenia from where you'll reach all the best spots from Postojnska jama, Piran to Bled, Žička kartuzija and others in shortest time. Guest access The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a skyscraper building, looking towards green areas below, with a view on the Kamniške alpe. There's an elevator in the building, so you don't need to use stairs. The parking space is under the building. EARLY CHECKIN - LATE CHECKOUT Only applicable when arranged min. 7 days before your arrival. Must contact me in advance if you'd like to use this option! For the early birds coming to town before 17:00 I can arrange an early luggage drop off, so you can leave your luggage secured and start exploring the city immediately on your arrival. For late out birds, leaving after 10:00 I can arrange a late luggage pickup, so you can leave your luggage secured in the apartment and enjoy the easy stroll through the city until your departure. LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS Late arrivals are no problem, just let me know in advance, a few days before your arrival! If you are arriving earlier than check-in times or leaving later than check-out, you have the option to store your luggage for 24h for a very small fee at the main train station. I'll try to do my best to help you as much as I can, but can't guarantee you anything outside the scheduled times. Other things to note You have a free wireless broadband internet, Netflix service and two bikes free to enjoy. There is a security deposit of 400€ for the bikes will be reserved on your credit card. The deposit is returned to you 48h after your check-out. Apartment has all the amenities you need, including air-condition, coffee machine, washing-drying machine, cable TV and mini bar. Due to local laws, you have to send me a copy of your ID/passport documents with picture, name, surname, date of birth, country and document's number, so I can send the data to police and tourist office. The copy of legal documents is mandatory for all guests visiting Slovenia. You have to send me a valid copy of your documents with all the necessary data before your arrival, otherwise I'll have to cancel your reservation! The tourist tax is included in the price.
