Room with balcony between Tegernsee and Bad Tölz

Rooms + bathroom are small and friendly with beautiful views from the balcony with evening sun. In the room, a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, mobile stove, dishes, as well as coffee + tea are available. We have stable, fast internet and TV - perfect for home office. There is a baker, butcher, greengrocer and inn in the village. The area is perfect for hiking, swimming, skiing, sledding and cross-country skiing. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Bad Tölz, as well as to the swimming area at Lake Tegernsee. The space The house used to be an old farmhouse, which was converted into a very nice apartment building in the Upper Bavarian style with a wooden facade and large wooden balconies. Our apartment has a separate entrance via a steel staircase. The guest room and separate bathroom are located on the upper floor. The bathroom has a shower and is beautifully bright. A table and chairs are available in the room as well as on the balcony. Guest access You have your own room and your own bathroom. During your stay We are happy to provide tips about the surroundings, whether hiking, swimming, eating out, etc., so that you can have a really nice time here. We speak German, English and Spanish. Other things to note The washing machine can be used - if we are at home ourselves.
