The space Our home is comfortable and spacious, it offer many amenities to make for a perfect getaway or vacation; 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large dining and living room area, Hot Tub on the Deck, Bluetooth, sound system and remote control lights on the Dock, a private drive with an electric gate. The master bath has a garden tub and very large stand up shower with his and hers sinks. The house is conveniently located 15 minutes away from downtown Fort Worth and the Historic Stockyards. Fresh towels and linens will be provided. No animals and no smoking. Guests must be over the age of 35 to rent we will ID upon check in, those with children are welcome. This house is a lake house we do stay here sometimes so if you're looking for a home that's never lived in please dont book with us. Their is a friendly neighborhood cat that visits from time to time Guest access You will have access to the entire house, the Hot Tub, and the Dock. No fires in the fireplace. Will not have access to jet skis and boats. Other things to note We have cable and Internet access. We have security gates, where you park 2 cars.
