Cloud 9 is a modern, beautifully presented semi-detached holiday home situated in a quiet no through lane just a stones throw from the South West coast path. It has country and distant sea views and is just a 10 minute walk down-hill to Perranporth. Free WiFi The space To the front of the property is an enclosed, sunny patio area with a wooden swing seat and bench. To the rear is a spacious enclosed rear garden, laid to lawn, and a patio just outside the lounge with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. From Cloud 9 you are just yards from the coastal footpath and just a short drive or a ten minute walk downhill to the village and beach. The entrance hall leads into the kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven and hob, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. There is an extendable kitchen table with 5 chairs (further dining area in the lounge). The lounge/dining room is light and airy and there is a sliding patio door to the rear garden. It is furnished with a corner sofa ,TV and dining table and chairs. There is a ground floor WC with wash-basin. Stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms - One king size and one double bedded with built-in wardrobes (one has sea views ) and one has a full sized single bed (with sea views). The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash-basin & WC. Bed linen and electricity are included. Oil central heating if required. This property is non smoking and pet free. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, front court yard area and garden along with two parking spaces. Other things to note Check in day is generally a Saturday during July and August, however other check in days are available on request so please do get in touch if you are considering a different day.
