The space Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom with a medium-firm double bed, fresh-scented bedding, and extra pillows. Comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Baby cot available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. There is seating space at the kitchen table or in the living room for 4 people. We provide coffee, tea, and basic spices. The living room features a comfortable sofa, TV, a convenient dining table for 4 people for meals or for work, a bookshelf with books, board games, and art supplies for the little ones. The apartment has central heating, fast Wi-Fi, an intercom system, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, hangers, cleaning supplies, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and umbrellas. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, cabinet, and a washing machine. Basic toiletries and laundry detergent are provided. The balcony overlooking the quiet and charming garden has a table and garden chairs. Guest access The spacious, filled with light, very quiet, and cozy apartment is located on the second floor of a tenement house in a pedestrian zone. Guests have at their disposal a spacious living room with a large table, a comfortable, convertible sofa that sleeps two, a cozy bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a pristine bathroom. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (3rd American floor) without elevator. The stairs are comfortable. In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we have strict rules in place: There is an ABSOLUTE NO SMOKING policy in the apartment, on the balcony, and in the hallway. Violation of this policy will result in a charge of €120 or the necessary amount to cover the costs of neutralizing the effects of smoking. We do not accept parties in the apartment. We do not accept inviting guests other than registered. The apartment is not suitable for pets. In exceptional cases and with prior agreement, we may make an exception to this rule. Please maintain quietness in the hallways and respect the quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and the peace of the residents. Waste segregation is mandatory. Guests are kindly requested to take out the trash that does not fit in the kitchen bins and dispose of it in the designated containers in the courtyard near the entrance gate. Damages happen. Please do not attempt to repair any damaged equipment on your own. Please notify us of any broken glasses, plates, etc. We will certainly find a friendly solution.
