Cosy Weatherboard House in the Heart of Maydena

Our home is a lovingly renovated weatherboard property, retaining the 1950's features characteristic of Maydena, but with all the modern conveniences you'd expect to make your stay amazing. Enjoy sun filled bedrooms and living areas with views of our beautiful private garden and the mountains beyond from every window. We're located a two minute walk from Maydena Bike Park, at the gateway to adventure in the Tasmanian Wilderness. We'd love to welcome you to our place! The space Our home is fully insulated, has a powerful split system to maintain a cosy atmosphere on cooler nights, and is equipped with air purification. If you're here in winter then fire wood is provided so that you can use the wonderfully warming wood heater. Red wine strongly recommended, though not mandatory! The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and Ecosa mattress, with beautiful garden views. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and both have storage space. The third has two Extra Long Single beds. The kitchen features a huge fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and microwave, and is fully furnished with all manner of cooking equipment including basic herbs and spices, oil etc. Full laundry amenities include washing machine, dryer, and an outdoor clothesline and iron. If you're here to ride, at the Bike Park or otherwise (Maydena is surrounded by incredible gravel roads), our large garage has a dedicated workshop space complete with basic tools, providing the perfect area to un-pack and carefully rebuild your pride and joy. There's also space to stash helmets and shoes, and an area to store and securely lock bikes. A single off-street parking space is available at the rear of the property.
