Villa Rosa – garden house

Traditional village house in a quiet part of the ancient inland village of Argyrades. Distance from the sandy beaches of the west coast about 2.5 km /Agios Georgios or Marathias, i.e. the southwest coast of the Ionian Sea/ or about 9 km to the east side of the island /Petriti,Notos/. The whole space is fenced and surrounded by acres of cultivated land and a beautiful garden with BBQ, brick oven and garden bar. Two people can be accommodated on the raised floor (access to the floor by spiral stairs, can be seen in the photo), another one adult or two smaller children on the ground floor on a sofa bed. Some guests had a tent set up in the garden. Distance from the center of village life 400m, grocery stores, fruit and vegetables, butcher shop, pharmacy, cafeteria and grill house. Lots of options for beautiful walks or rides, very beautiful churches with Sunday masses. The nearest seaside resort of Agios Georgios can also be reached on foot, about 2.5 km through olive groves. Guest access The house is located on private property, the automatic gate opens the entrance to the house. Organic vegetables are available free of charge to guests on the surrounding land belonging to the house, of course depending on the season. Fresh eggs are always available. The house is surrounded by a huge plot of land, in the garden next to the house there is a wooden garden bar with a refrigerator and TV.
