In Silverthorne Wildernest area, just under 2 miles off the I70 exit. A perfect central location for any winter ski/summer mountain vacation. Near hiking/biking trail head! E-bike around Lake Dillon! Hot tub! Water softener! NO PETS, NO PARTIES (quiet neighborhood), NO SMOKING. (Summit County STR Permit #BCA-79577) The space (If I have the property blocked for my use on the dates you want, just ask me and I can be flexible and possibly open the dates for your use!) Parking is limited to the 2 car garage and the driveway. NO STREET PARKING is permitted per county regulations! Please do not block in our duplex neighbors! Copper Mountain, Keystone & A Basin are all easy to get to in almost equal distances of about 15-20 min +/-. Breckenridge & Vail are about 30 minutes +/-. Summer hiking trail head is literally 100 yards from our front door! There is a ring doorbell at the front door for security, but NO OTHER INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL CAMERAS!!! Service animals may be left unattended. $300 service animal deposit required. Guest access It has 1897 sq ft of space on three levels (BIG for Silverthorne)! The main floor has living, kitchen, dining, two bedrooms (one with two twin beds & one with a queen) and one hall bathroom. Upstairs has two bedrooms (both kings and one also has a single sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress) and one hall bathroom. Lower level is a walk-out basement with a family room, game room, laundry, 3rd full bath and access to the hot tub. Other things to note DO NOT BLOCK THE NEIGHBORS IN on the driveway!! If you are parking more than two cars in the driveway please keep them to the far left in front of our house and leave space for the neighbors to exit their driveway. There is a $200 late check out (past 10:00 am MT) fee! The cleaning crew needs every minute to properly clean for the next guest. If the next guest has to wait because of your late checkout then you pay for their time at a cafe while they wait.
