Quiet Treetop House, close to lagoon, great views.

My place is close to the lagoon and beaches, and a short drive to the Sedgefield shops. It is a much loved family holiday home situated on "The Island" in Sedgefield, Garden Route - a very quiet and beautiful part of the town. It is a charming, rustic, brick and wood elevated house with a treetop deck facing expansive views of the mountains and lakes. Set in a small wooded indigenous forest garden with abundant birdlife. An environmentalists dream! The space A lovely bright and warm space on the top floor with two bedrooms, and a useful area downstairs with further beds for extra guests. The house sleeps four comfortably, having two upstairs double bedrooms (one room with a double bed), a shower and basin and a separate loo. The upstairs living space is bright, sunny and warm in the winter with a large outdoor deck. There is a general purpose room downstairs with four single beds (including a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and basin. It can be used if requested at no extra cost. Note the upstairs floor is noisy so the downstairs room is really suitable for kids. The downstairs veranda leads to a basic braai (BBQ) in the forest setting. There is parking for two cars at the back of the house, up an access panhandle. There is a stove, fridge microwave and some small appliances but no WiFi, television or washing machine. Guest access The whole house can be accessed.
