Nestled on the highest top in New-Murree, Markhor Lodge offers a retreat for you and your family. The house is luxuriously furnished, with wooden flooring and carefully designed outdoor sitting areas that offer a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley. With the only two Swedish fireplaces available in the area, fitted in two of our bedrooms, you can enjoy a warm night in the middle of the coldest winters. In addition to five bedrooms, the house features a sun room perfect for relaxing. The space Our fully functional kitchen allows guests to feel truly at home as they enjoy the solitude of these mountains. Our antique wooden furniture in the dining room is the perfect feature for your family dinners. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Since we do not have extra quarters that can accommodate for any household help guests bring with them, we can only accommodate one household help staff member within the house in the sunroom. For drivers, we can help book rooms at a hotel close by (at a walking distance from the lodge). For guests that are staying for up to three days, this booking will be complimentary for up to three drivers. Please also note that due to infrastructural limitations in the area, we cannot guarantee wi-fi, electrify and water at all times. We will do everything we can to ensure your stay is comfortable but given the circumstances of the area, there may be some disruptions in these services - as is the case in some northern areas in Pakistan.
